Flexible in use

Pipe stoppers can be used wherever pipes have to be shut off for a short time without sewage flow. Pipe stoppers reinforced with aramid fibre are used for pipe diameters from 40 mm to 1800 mm, they can be used flexibly for different pipe diameters.

Standard pipe stoppers can be used wherever pipes have to be shut off for a short time without waste water flow. Pipe stoppers reinforced with aramid fibre are used from 40mm to 1800mm pipe diameter, they can be used flexibly for different pipe diameters. Equipped with compressed air quick-release couplings and galvanized towing rings, they can be easily positioned in the pipe with air push rods and towing ropes (not included) and pulled out.

Short pipe stoppers for small pipe dimensions can be used wherever pipes have to be shut off for a short time without sewage flow. In order to achieve the highest expansion capability and maximum sealing in the pipe, the stoppers bodies are manufactured without wire reinforcement. They are equipped with a standard Car Valve and can be filled with an air pump. They can be used in all pipe materials from 20mm to 305mm pipe diameter. Equipped with a towing ring and chain they can be removed from the pipe at the attached handle.

Piper stoppers CHEMICALS STANDARD are oil-resistant and can be used wherever pipes have to be completely shut off. Equipped with compressed air quick-release couplings and galvanized pulling rings, they can be easily positioned in the pipe and pulled out with air push rods and pulling rope (not included).

High pressure pipe stoppers can be used for leak tests where certification according to DIN EN1610 for water and air pressure is required. Pipe stoppers with an operating pressure of 6 bar are available from 100 to 600mm and with an operating pressure of 12 bar from 100 to 500mm pipe diameter. The lengths are kept as short as possible according to the diameter. Equipped with towing eye and compressed air quick-release coupling, easy to handle.

Elliptical gas piper stoppers are available for pipe diameters from 45mm to 500mm. The attached steel cap and a short and flexible design facilitate the introduction in the house connection area. A short construction length with smallest diameter increases the arcability of this bubble.

Conical piper stoppers are specially designed for large pipe dimensions from 400 mm to 2400 mm. The plug is made of a very durable rubber and is additionally covered with a fabric tarpaulin. A total of three separate sealing rings made of special sealing foam adapt excellently to unevenness and thus provide the best possible seal. Pulling rings at the ends and sturdy hand loops allow for exact positioning. The body made of repairable material is light, flexible and adapts perfectly to many pipe shapes. A compressed air connection equipped with a Geka coupling allows quick filling and venting of the body. All sizes can be operated with a prescribed filling pressure of 1 bar.

Pipe stoppers in egg-shaped profile are used in corresponding pipes in pipe dimensions from 200 to 2100 mm. For dimensions from 200 to 525 mm bubbles in egg-shape are offered and for dimensions from 400 to 2100 mm cushions are used. Compressed air supply via Geka coupling or quick-release coupling.

Cushion plugs are used for large pipe dimensions from 600 to 3000mm where one of the access points to the pipe has a small diameter. Due to the design and use of flexible materials, the body can be folded to a minimum and can be installed through a 600mm renovation shaft. Compressed air supply via Geka-coupling and screwed-on pulling rings round off the robustness of these products.
