The Repiper pipe joint system (PJS) is a simple, robust in-house rehabilitation procedure, which makes it possible to repair pipes with side connections in a wide variety of shapes. The extremely flexible system is positioned through pushing rods. If the inlet is having bends and branches, it is operated through rotary hoses.
T-Liners are especially suitable for the renovation of leaking or defective 90° side connections. Main pipes from DN75 to DN200 with branches from DN50 to DN200 can be rehabilitated.
– Material: 100% polyester knitted plush brushed on one side
– Coating: with PU foil, single sided
T-Liners are especially suitable for the renovation of leaking or defective 45° side connections. Main pipes from DN75 to DN200 with branches from DN50 to DN200 can be rehabilitated.

The robust Repiper Fixtures are made of an extremely durable silicone fabric. They are available in different designs and are to be selected according to the lateral connection to be rehabilitated and the existing pipe dimensions.
The fixtures are fixed to the holder/packer by means of pipe clamps.
In order to prevent any mispositioning in the socket area, the clamps are taped with an additionally available fabric tape.
By applying a special lubricant (green) to the inside of the fixture, the liner can easily be turned out into the side connection. To facilitate the extraction of the fixtures from the installed T-liner, a special release agent (blue) is applied to the outside of the fixture.
If the fixture is damaged, small holes can be repaired easily and quickly with silicone adhesive. The pipeline is ready for use again immediately after renovation. The system is alternatively also suitable for steam curing.
Repiper fixtures are available for main pipes in sizes from DN75 to DN200 with 90° or 45° branches from DN50 to DN200. Special shapes and sizes are available on request!
By applying the lubricating gel (green) to the inside of the fixture, easy pulling on of the T-liner is made possible. To facilitate pulling the fixtures out of the installed T-liner, release agent (blue) is applied to the outside of the fixture. If the fixture is damaged, small holes can be easily repaired with bicycle patches (bicycle shop) and silicone glue (hardware store).
The Flex-Adapter is part of the holder for the 'Fluvi Stutzenpacker' and facilitates the insertion of the Repiper System into the pipe to be repaired. The Flex-Adapter is equipped on one side with a hexagonal compressed air connection to accommodate the push rods, which are used to position the Repiper System at the repair site.
By means of an ejector, a vacuum can be created that makes it easier to load and remove the packer after rehabilitation. This speeds up the rehabilitation process and possible damage is avoided as far as possible. The ejector is connected to the required compressor via an SSV compressed air connection.
The holders, which are particularly suitable for bending pipes, are used to hold the fixtures for the 'Fluvi Stutzenpacker'; these are fixed with hose clamps and are immediately ready for use. The holders are made of turned, anodised aluminium and are provided with a lug for holding the pull rope.
The holders are available in two versions: for the application ranges from DN50 to DN100 or from DN100 to DN150. A separate extension set is available for the DN200 application range.
A comprehensive range of accessories is available for the Repiper process, consisting of adapters, plug nipples, hole punch pliers, fixing tape, release agent, assembly aid, lubricant, end caps, push and fill hoses, air push rods and worm thread clamps.
Fluvius GmbH offers an extensive range of accessories for the Repiper sawing system. Further accessories are available on request.
